Even Small Minds eye can do Miracles

"All this was started by a mouse".....wondering who said that.

These are the words coming from Walt Disney. The creator , orginatior, inventor, father of a cartoon character Mickey Mouse.

He was in his young age (but married) and was going through a phase, which we all call "Struggling phase". His cartoon characters, his imagination, ideas, mind's eye what ever you call it, were not working and they were not doing great in the market. No one was interested to buy his scripts, ideas. At that time he had his studio in a small place. And once he was returning back to his city in a train with Mrs. Disney. He wanted to bring something for his staff, staf which was more of family than people just working for him. And this genarated the idea of drawing Mouse (I call that as a wild imagination). Even though most people were scared of mice, they still look so weak and considerate, that it's easy to grow fond of them.
They were waiting for an idea and now they had one...Mr & Mrs started picturing what their mouse would look like, Big ears, velvet pants and finally they came up with.........

Who gave this name..well that name came from Mrs Disney. She gave this small mice a great name "Mickey".

Walt had a tough time selling his character. No body wanted it. All big studio owners rejected his scripts and idea. Finally, one manager at a small theatre, took a liking to Walt and his determination, and agreed to screen the film. The cartoon did remarkablywell. It cracked all records and created a wonder in the cartoon filming world.

Disney and his imaginationwas suddenly in demand, and everyone wanted more of Mickey. The guy who was struggling to sell one character was now under pressure of making more similar characters. And this how Mickeys friends were born: Minne Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto. And the rest, as they say, is history.

And, remember the words of Walt Disney "All this was started by a mouse.

That was the begining of Disney World..
